Ep. 041 - Two Black Guys (& a Gal) with Good Credit (w. Shaun Lynda, Dionne Nicholls, Arlington Forbes)

I must say that this episode should definitely be filed under the category.
About two years ago, I had the opportunity to meet Ms Dionne Nicholls. From our conversation and my genuine respect for her warm personality and infectious motivation, I realized there was something special going on there. Indeed, the more we talked and eventually connected, I ended up writing a blog post/review of her podcast "Two Black Guys With Good Credit" which she co-hosts  with the dynamic duo that are Shaun Lynda & Arlington Forbes.
Having been on the lesser end of financial freedom myself and slowly but surely building my way back up the hill, I can't tell what a imperative asset it is to sharpen your mind, habits and mindset towards a goal-oriented, practical and strategic financial journey. This is a special group of people who, through their podcast and Financially CLEAN! (a non-profit youth mentoring program), have made it their mission to reach out, educate and elevate as many people as they can through workshops, lectures and yes, podcasts!
A gem of a wild exchange. I had so much fun with this interview and it's no surprise why when you're blessed to have such a delightful ensemble of guests.

Thrilled that the Universe allowed our mutual schedules to realign and for the opportunity to have Lemar Martin on the podcast once more.
As a Natural Bodybuilder, trainer, and all around awesome individual, this conversation was another gem, if only to tap into Lemar's singular sense of purpose, truth, and relentless dedication. 
Following what was a real adventure that eventually led to the incredible stage that is the Arnold Classic Brazil, recently held this past April held in São Paulo, Brazil, Lemar certainly has wild story to tell. And one I certainly hoped he'd be willing to share.

Ep. 035 - Self Care (w. Emmy Georges)

"Take a chance. Why not?" - that was basically the one and only passing thought that drove me towards reaching out and connecting with my next guest on this new and engaging episode.
Emmanuelle Georges -or Emmy, for short- is a speaker, blogger, and founder of the Love Your Body Movement in Haiti. A truly heartwarming and powerful endeavour aimed at the empowerment of women on their individual journey towards self-confidence and self-love.
I had to have her on the program. If only to thank her for her vulnerability and courage to speak out on the need for us to recognise these moments where we are not at our 100%. Through workshops, meetups, conversations and DANCE, Emmy has made it her purpose to offer her time and open her heart to women of all backgrounds in order to help them reaffirm their personal greatness.
A mission the certainly resonates with yours truly. And a story definitely worth sharing. By sheer coincidence and honest transparency, I got (re)acquainted with a truly bright and powerfully moving soul. 

Ep. 034 - Rigorous Truths (w. Emma Elie) *Explicit*

This is going to be interesting. 
It's one thing to have lifelong friends on the podcast. It's certainly a different kind of beast when this same person happens to be one of the kindest, generous yet most brutally honest and ferociously upfront individuals around.
I keep a close-knit group of people in my circle and Emma has had a prominent place among these singular souls whose friendship, insight and honesty have been a true gift.
Mother, Woman, Entrepreneur... Emma has certainly seen her fair share of personal circumstances and has never shied away from dishing out her many doses of somewhat inconvenient yet necessary  and empowering truths (see here).
I was thrilled to have her on the podcast as we let 20+ years of friendship take over a fun, candid, transparent conversation about marriage, parenting, dating in 2018, womanhood... and so much more.
